Most items can be returned, however, please note that special order items are not eligible for return. If you’re unhappy with your order, please get in touch with our team to discuss what options may be available.
Returns or refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item and must include proof of purchase.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging where applicable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
We understand ordering online can be tricky, and we’re working on providing samples soon. In the meantime, most of our items are from AS Colour—so you can check their sizing guide on their website or visit their store at 197 Rundle Street in the city to try things on in person.
Sale items
There is no returns or refunds offered on sale or second hand items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and on those items kept in stock. Please reach out to the team if you have an exchange query.
