Description
Stay active this winter with the Seacliff Swim Club 6-Week Winter Swim Challenge, running from 18 May – 27 June 2026.
Open to beginners through to intermediate swimmers, the program focuses on fitness, endurance, technique, speed, and Pool Rescue preparation.
With morning and evening training sessions available, participants will work towards personal swim goals while enjoying prizes, recognition, and a supportive team environment.
Training Session Times:
Morning Sessions – State Swim Morphett Road
– Monday: 5:15 am – 6:30 am
– Wednesday: 5:15 am – 6:30 am
– Friday: 5:15 am – 6:30 am
Evening Sessions –
– Monday: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm – State Swim Morphett Road
– Wednesday: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Westminster School
Program Cost:
– Adults: $90
– Under 13: $70

– Week 1 – Technique Foundations
– Week 2 – Technique and building endurance
– Week 3 – Endurance Building
– Week 4 – Speed & Power
– Week 5 – endurance building/speed and power
– Week 6 – Challenge Week

– Most improve 50m time
– Most improved 100m time

What Participants Need:
– Flippers
– Kickboard
– Goggles
– Water bottle
Optional: hand paddles, pull buoy
Challenge Goal Options:
– Swim 400 m under 7 minutes
– Swim 400 m under 8 minutes
– Complete a continuous 200 m
– Complete a pool rescue mini-course
